Your band died at 3 a.m. The ring left a mark. Half the "restless" minutes were your partner rolling over. And the advice at the end was the same eight hours for everyone.
Sleep tracking you never wear.
The Somnaris Bedside Sensor sits on your nightstand and uses low-power 60 GHz radar to read breathing and movement from up to 2 meters away. Each morning you get your sleep stages, and the optional 6-week plan adjusts your schedule using your own baseline.
No camera. No microphone. Nothing touching your body.

How most people track sleep now
- A band or ring that needs charging, so the nights you forget are missing.
- Something on your body all night, which some people never get used to.
- Scores compared with population averages, not with how you usually sleep.
- Generic tips, with no link between what you changed and what happened next.
With the Somnaris Bedside Sensor
- Plugged in by the bed over USB-C. It records every night you are in bed, with no charging.
- Nothing to wear. The radar reads chest movement from 0.3 to 2 m away.
- After 7 nights, every report compares tonight with your personal baseline.
- The plan moves your sleep window in 15-minute steps and shows the effect week by week.
How it works
- 01
Place it and plug it in
Set the sensor on the nightstand at mattress height, facing your side of the bed. Pair it with the app over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- 02
Radar reads breathing and movement
A 60 GHz FMCW radar measures the small rise and fall of your chest, plus turns and getting out of bed.
- 03
The signal is processed on the device
Raw radar data stays on the sensor. Only derived values, such as 30-second sleep stages and breathing rate, are uploaded.
- 04
Report in the morning, plan for tonight
Your report is ready when you get up. Plan members also get tonight's sleep window and wind-down steps.

Common questions
Does it work if I share the bed?
Yes. Point the sensor at your side of the bed and set the detection range in the app, from 0.3 to 2 m. It tracks the nearest person in range. For two people, use two sensors, one on each nightstand.
Is the radar safe to have next to the bed?
The sensor uses low-power 60 GHz radar, the same band used in many home presence sensors. It sends out far less power than a phone or a Wi-Fi router.
Can it see or hear me?
No. The device has no camera and no microphone. Radar returns are processed on the sensor, and only derived values such as sleep stages and breathing rate are sent to your account.
Is this a medical device?
No. Somnaris is a general wellness product for tracking sleep trends and building sleep habits. It does not diagnose, treat or screen for any condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, talk with a healthcare professional.
What happens if I don't keep the plan?
The first 30 days of the plan come with the sensor. If you don't subscribe after that, the sensor keeps working and you still get the free morning report, trends and CSV export.
